Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:
Once your order is placed please allow 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
We ship worldwide via USPS First Class (5-7 business days for domestic orders)! The Dedicated is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, misplaced packages, or various mishaps that occur once the items leave our facility.
Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If applicable for an exchange, please send the item(s) to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange.
